At the Cartel, genuine hospitality in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere takes centre stage as we aim to provide an exceptional experience for our clientele.  Most of our dishes are gluten and can be dairy free, with a selection of vegetarian and vegan options.   There is also a menu just for los ninos (kids) in our earlier sitting.  A cocktail list, selection of wines, beers and of course tequila and mezcal. We look forward to sharing our passion for excellent service, regional produce and authentic flavours with you.

The word cartel historically referred to political parties that joined forces to promote a common cause. While it now has many different interpretations… one of our goals, in line with other local venues, is to promote and create a name for our little town as hospitality destination. It also has a strong, irrevocable link to Mexico, and is interesting, edgy and memorable.
